Please note – all money raised from this event goes straight to the vet bills that are a necessary part of saving unwanted animals. As you can imagine, giant dogs equal giant vet bills. At one of our most critical points, we had nearly 60 Danes under our care. For one month alone, our medical costs reached nearly $10,000 – even after deep discounts generously offered by our rescue veterinarians.
