We had a gorgeous day for DaneFest this year!
First of we would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who supported us on Saturday.

It was a perfect day and of course, all the beautiful furkids were on their best behavior. (Well most of them…..lol) We had Danes, Mastiffs (and I thought Danes drooled), Labs and even a Standard poodle!

We all know fundraising is really tough these days and without YOU we would cease to exist. GDRNT still needs your support so please hit that PayPal button and make a donation!

99% of the money we receive is spent directly on medical bills. It is easy for us to go through $40 – $70,000 a year on medical expenses. A broken leg on a rescued Dane will cost us up $5,000 to fix so that they can be adopted out for under $300. Things like this are why we struggle daily.
We struggle so that you can see happy & healthy dogs like this from DaneFest:

Special thanks to Dogs Unleashed Daycare for sponsoring us this year, and for all their help during the event. Please make sure and check out all the pictures from DaneFest on their Facebook page.
A huge thank you to all that donated food items for us to sell and to those who sold raffle tickets to any and all of your friends, relatives, and co-workers that you could bug.
As always, we couldn’t do the great work we do without the help of many, many of our hard-working volunteers and fosters. If you have great fundraising ideas and would like to be on the fundraising team please send us an email from the contact page.
Thank you for supporting GDRNT and we hope we will see you at our next event!
