– All pets attending DaneFest must be spayed or neutered.
– Proof of up-to-date Rabies, DHLPPC and Bordetella vaccinations are required for entry.

As luck would have it, this is race weekend at Texas Motor Speedway – which is near Dogs Unleashed. We’re hopeful DaneFest is late enough in the day to miss some of the traffic, but be prepared to take an alternate route if you find yourself stuck.

DaneFest is a celebration of past Great Dane Rescue of North Texas adopters and fosters. Great Danes and their owners gather together at Dogs Unleashed Daycare in Keller for an afternoon of romping and playing and chatting. We welcome any Great Dane families – whether they’ve adopted from us or not – we just like the opportunity to meet and talk to other people who are as crazy as we are about the gentle giants!

Come out this Saturday for all or part of the afternoon – we’ll be there between 1pm and 4pm. We’ll have GDRNT t-shirts and bandanas for sale to help offset some of the cost of our massive vet bills. Snacks and drinks will be available too, but we recommend you bring your own sunscreen and bug repellent. Oh! Don’t forget your camera! It’s not often 100 Great Danes get together in one place so there’s bound to be many Kodak moments!< Date /Time: April 14, 2007 Open House from 1 pm
