Great Dane Rescue 2nd Annual Fundraiser

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our giant FALL fundraiser is going to be pushed to Spring 2002. Watch here for detailsr. All funds generated go directly to the danes. Our mission is to save ALL danes scheduled to die in area shelters even if that means we have to board them at the vets until a foster home is available. If you would like to help organize and/or participate in our fundraiser, please call 817-651-2336. Leave your name, full address, and phone number.

FOSTER HOMES NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

HELP HELP HELP! We are in search of foster homes for great danes. If you are interested in fostering, please call 817-651-2336 or email [email protected]. If you are a previous adopter and would like to foster temporarily (or permanently is great too!) please call or email us. This summer has just begun and we are already crunched with danes falling from the skies. We are committed to pulling all the danes from area kill shelters but need somewhere to put them.

Abuse at its Worst

daneWe've had 2 abuse/neglect cases come in this week to rescue. One case involved 3 danes. The owners were allowed to take home one dane. The other 2 were released to our rescue. The black female dane was so skinny (literally skin and bones) that her organs were not working and she had to be euthanized.
