Weather Warning AGAIN

I am getting sick of this and I am sure you guys are too, but this is serious stuff. The DFW area is expecting ANOTHER 5-7 inches of rain over the next few days. Areas prone to flooding will flood if they are not already under water. We have foster families who were effected by the recent storms and it was with some planning that their families and fur kids are all safe too.

STOP RIGHT NOW... Check your pets collar and tags to be sure they are secure. I have started to keep a leash in the bedroom at night so if we have to take shelter I have a quick access to it. Make sure you have supplies for you and your pet if you are in an evacuation zone. Even if you are not in a flood or evacuation zone your home can be damaged by the high winds and heavy rain sending you out into the night.

BE SAFE. Bring your pets inside. (Duh) check your fence and gates often to be sure they are secure. And if you do have to drive Turn Around, Don't Drown.

To our friends in The eye of the storm... Be safe our thoughts and prayers are with you.
