Please send in your pre-registration before NOON Friday to assure vaccination verification for Saturday. You may attach proof of vaccinations to your Release and Waiver. You can download the Release from www.danerescue.net/danefest by clicking on the blue RELEASE AND WAIVER and fax it to 866 214 3942 or email it to [email protected]...
DIDN'T PRE-REGISTER DON'T WORRY... Just call your vet for verification or current rabies, distemper and bordetella shots. Once you have a copy just bring it with you to Danefest... we will have blank forms at the Registration desk!
