Happy Tails

Our adoption team has been hard at work matching our pups with awesome furever homes! They’ve been so busy, that we’ve gotten a bit behind on updates. So, check in again in the next few days for additional happy tails!

Tyson was returned to rescue through no fault of his own, and he had a rough adjustment period. He needed a home that could be patient and draw him out of his shell. Tyson bonded with the sweet Dane in his foster home and won over his foster dad. In fact, Tyson fit in so well, that his foster dad couldn’t bear to part with him. Now, Tyson is secure in his furever home!

Bruce came to rescue in serious need of veterinary attention. He was heartworm positive, had intestinal parasites, a flea infestation, and fatty tumors. Due to the number of health concerns, Bruce’s heartworm treatment was delayed to get him strong enough to undergo the treatment. In the meantime, he was a dream foster – easy-going, got along with the other pets, and liked to “talk” to the people. Eventually, Bruce’s health concerns were cleared up, and he was ready for adoption. He transferred to another foster home to allow another medical needs foster his previous spot. Once again, he fit in perfectly, so perfectly that his new foster home couldn’t bear to let him go. Bruce’s rough start is behind him, and he’s living the good life with his loving family.

Sable came in heartworm positive and needed a quiet foster home to get her through the harsh heartworm treatment. She quickly made herself at home and befriended the resident pups. This sweet girl won over her foster family so thoroughly that they couldn’t bear to see her go; so, now Sable is heartworm free and furever home.

Congratulations to these awesome pups and their furever families!
