I have a friend shooting promo videos for a company (a jewelry exchange company, hosts parties) to show their typical party & FUNDRAISER events (we've hosted one with them for our 3-Day walking team). The videos will get sent out to prospective customers, etc. It's a well established company with great materials & very helpful people involved. They are shooting a video at Wine Styles in a few days and are looking for a charity who would like some exposure. Is GDRNT interested?
Looking for something fun to start in the new year? GDRNT will be at Rhar Brewrey in Fort Woof Jan 1 from 1:00 to 3:00 ... it is fun afternoon and they have yummy beer! If you have a social dane and are willing to bring them please let nina@danerescue.net know!

The Petco in Sherman has selected GDRNT and another Rescue for it's Holiday fundraiser. Shop at Petco Sherman and donate to rescue!
The manager is so determined that she is locking herself in a cage at noon tommorow and not coming out till they raise $400! If you live out that way and can bring your personal dane to show off how great our fur kids are!

Please don't forget about our Entertainment Book sales drive. They really do make a terrific gift for family, friends, hostess gifts, etc.
If you don't have one yourself, please go to entertainment.com, put in your zip code, and you can preview some of the deals available. It's really possible to save the cost of the book just by using 1 or 2 of the coupons, or the $5 off at Albertson deals.

As most of you know, next Saturday is our dinner and silent auction. This is one of our main fundraisers, and without a successful event, GDRNT cannot function throughout the year. Please try to be there to support GDRNT and if you can't, please make a donation (see home page for info).
If you are planning on attending, PLEASE register in advance. This will make check-in so much easier for you and our volunteers.

Petco in Sherman TX has named GDRNT as their Breed in Need Rescue for the month of October! So people will be able to donate at the register or in a donation jar! We will be at the Store this Saturday from 11 to 2! SO come on out and see us!
