Louisiana Herd --------- guess we've lost our minds.
Well, friends. There must be an attack of lunacy here 'bouts. We are picking up #10 tomorrow.
YES, I'm afraid so. He is a 2mo Dane pup that was found along side a hwy here.......covered with ticks etc....worms.......the whole lot......EXCEPT heart worms YEAAAAAAAAAAAAA.
I'll post pics when we get him............sigh.......I guess "no" isn't in our vocabulary. He is such a precious little pup.......33 lbs at 2 months. Me thinks he will be a challange..........but that goes with the territory.
Leash Help!
So, Bruce is pretty much perfect...EXCEPT his leash walking! And even then, he isn't THAT bad. We are having a terrible problem with him when any person bike riding, on a scooter, jogging, or just out in their yard is around. He decides to jump up and down and do a yelping type bark. It's not a mean bark. He either is scared, nervous or he wants their attention. It is quite embarassing for me because I am afraid people think I can't handle my gianormous dog! Previously, Bruce was trained through Barkbusters. Their form of "NO" is a growl.
Speaking of Jamie.....
Where is she???
Also.. out of curiosity... who all is on "the board"... and in charge of what??
Mazy and Furgus meet Romy :)
Bill and I took Mazy and Furgus over to Michelle and Carl's last night to meet Romy. It was greatness! lol... as you'll see in the pics... Mazy couldn't quite figure out their water! Hmmmm

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this silly boy!!! Isn't he just freaking adorable?!?!?!? I just had to show him off. =)
Does this shirt make me look fat???
There is a pet boutique near my house that Ninja and I went to last week. After picking up some treats, I was talking to the girl at the counter about how cute all the little outfits for tiny dogs were. She then told me that there was a company called PetTease ( pettease.com ) that is now making tank tops for Great Danes. She happened to have a couple in the store so I HAD to buy one for Ninja. She really likes it and it fits her well. I'm planning on ordering some more from their website. Ninja is pretty small (110 lbs.) and I think she wears the smaller of the "plus size" tanks they offer.
