Jaw Power!

As most of you know when Faleen first came to us we had issues with her biting. It wasn't that she was vicious. Just playful and unknowing of her own strength. She is now a much larger dog and even more powerful of course. She listened when we taught her not to bite us and never had a problem with the other dogs...until now. For the last few weeks she's been driving us all insane. She bites Aki and Kahlia in play on their joints. Keep in mind this is a dog that cracks through cow leg bones in under 3 minutes. It hurts. They cry and have even nipped at her. We've tried seperating her from them when it happens (kind of a 'no playtime if you cant be nice), a spray bottle, and even put bitter apple on their legs (yes I realize that likely wasn't the brightest of ideas but I'm at a loss). Aki and Kahlia didnt appreciate that one bit poor babies but Faleen lapped the stuff up like it was water. She actually got so bad last night that she chased Aki across the yard and tackled him to the ground to grab his leg. And shook. I got her off of him and scolded her and gave her the dog version of time-out but he was actually limping for almost an hour. I know she's just playing as she will actually bow down and wiggle her butt before running after them but it's no fun for anyone. We're hoping to go visit my family soon and were going to take all the dogs with us but maybe not now. My mom has a Border Collie/ Jack Russell mix that's much smaller than Aki or Kahlia. I'm afraid Faleen is going to break legs if this keeps up! Any suggestions?
