Barnum and Bailey will be fixed soon. I believe their vet wants to wait until they have completed their puppy shots and have negative poop samples...they came home with belly full of worms and parasites. My question is about the recovery/ after care once they come home. I have a hyper Jack Russell Terrier (14 yrs old but still spunky)...should I send her to puppy daycare over night? Are there restrictions on activity or diet after the procedure? All the dogs I've had came from rescues and shelters with this already done so I'm clueless. Charlie, JR Terrier, had her teeth cleaned and a tooth pulled this year...she was out of it for two days! Will it be like that??
