I will be selling tickets from 1pm-3pm tomorrow at the Rahr Brewery in Ft. Worth. Jamie ensures we get a table there for the Brewey's free tour and beer giveaway. I would love for those that live around there to come on out and at least say "hi". I haven't been able to get out and volunteer much, so am happy to do this tomorrow and hope to see some of you!
Thanks!

Is this a kid friendly
Is this a kid friendly place? If so we'd love to stop by for a minute to show some support.

how did it go Sara?
Just wondering how it went at the brewery yesterday with raffle sales & donations....
I think the M&G at Starbucks went pretty well. Susan wasn't there, so I'm not sure. Heather will hopefully post on-line today with the info. Garbo's foster (now happy adopted Mommy) was working the drive thru lane with her granddaughter...they did GREAT!!!

It went great
I sold $205 there, last week whoever worked it sold $490. They have a lot of "regulars", but I think we will continue to get at least a couple hundred each Saturday in APril. I do think we need to just have a "general" donation jar, as sometimes people are more inclined to drop some cash then fill out tickets, etc. Also, would be helpful to have more then one person as a second person could mingle and together "work it" more.
I got to try one of the beers and it was yummy. Jamie's brother Chris who is Rahr's marketing person took good care of me and kept pushing folks to buy tickets.
Also, I did get hit on by two "older" gentlemen, one who told me my hair color was the same as his beloved Golden Retrievers....ummmmm, thanks!?!?
It was fun though...oh and it is kid friendly!
Great people watching too!
