For those of you who are newer on the boards, our organization usually holds two large fundraisers on a yearly basis which bring in enough funds to cover the costs of the Danes we receive throughout the year. As you have probably seen from previous posts, many of our rescue Danes need extensive surgery and/or treatment so you can imagine how vital these fundraisers are to the existence and successful continuation of this fantastic organization. With that said, the fundraising team is trying a new fundraiser this year to see if we can exceed expectations and at the same time bring in a new twist! Hence, our Guinness dinner! This will be the first time we will have the chance to put on our cocktail attire, enjoy delicious food, wine and/or beer and have an exciting silent auction all in one night!
