Hi all,
Its been a long, long time since I posted a note. All of our babies are doing ok. Ellie Mae (our first GDRNT adoption) is almost 12 and has very bad arthritis in her back left leg. She really can't use it anymore. She is on Rimidyl and Tramadol that seems to help.
Socrates aka Boyd (when he was at GDRNT) is almost 12 now and is doing really well. He is about 200lbs and going strong. Loves to go to PedSmart every Sat.
All our others ....Molly, Mary Kate (aka Poggy), Jake, Abby, Shadow, Roady, Charlie Brown, and last but not least Frankie, aka Saint Francis when he was at GDRNT.
We've lost 3 over the years......Bullet my 260lb baby, who died of hemolytic anemia, Samson aka Congo, who died of a blood clot....and Bubba our Black Lab who died from Asthma. Our two cat Skeebie and Cleo finally left us after 16 years......old age.
