GDRNT Activities

Does anybody go to this event in McKinney? We went last year and it was really fun and cute with a parade and costume contest. It would be cool if GDRNT could have a presence there and maybe raise some money...It's February 3rd.

There were a TON of people there. This would have been a really good thing for GDRNT to attend. We went last year and there weren't quite as many people there, but there were a lot more vendors/booths than this year. This year the only breed rescues I saw were Golden Retriever Rescue, Great Pyrenees Rescue and Boxer Rescue (I think). Some general rescues and other pet related retailers. No food or fun activities other than a parade and costume contest. We could have done something silly and fun and been a big hit. As it was, Guinness was the coolest dog there, of course, and drew lots of attention. Enjoy!
