Heather T. (eather) was the one that picked him up from the shelter and she named him. She also kept him for about a week and evaluated him. Thank you Heather T.!!
We already miss him but I'm so glad to know we'll be able to visit. He was a joy to have here for awhile but my guys have been a little sulky without him I think Caoihme wanted him for her own. Julius is a funny boy and deserves lots of love and I know you have plenty for him. It makes me really happy to know he will be adored by you and your family.
He is adorable, and those eyes remind me of Scooby when he doesn't want to do something... unfortunately for Scooby those pity eyes no longer work on me! hahahaha He is a BIG BOY.. but totally handsome... I think I see an adoption in Stacy's future.....mmmm....the crystal ball is very clear....hehehehe
Thank you for thinking of me Judy but I am totally satisfied being pup-sitter:) I will even sign a written promise to give him back when Mary comes to pick him up......if she ever decides to take a trip that is.

Don't let this dog near me or you will never see him again. He is ADORABLE! Don't you think Guinness and Julius would be so handsome together? Perfect! He is such a heartbreaker and I bet it won't take long for the PERFECT home to fall in love with him.

So as soon as he is done with his heartworm treatment I will be signing the adoption papers. =)
I think I'm going to have to be really careful taking him out to GDRNT events...he might get stolen!!! ;-)
All I can say is that you DESERVE him. With all you have been through and all the fosters that had the privilage of having you as their foster mom. YOU really deserve finally having a dane of your OWN! I remember when I saw him at Ohio Drive, I fell in love, so the pictures do not do him justice.... he is soooo handsome!

He has the PERFECT lips!! I love it! They are very squishy and kissable and he doesn't mind kisses at all, in fact he gives out kisses too. =) Oh and he doesn't drool....well besides after he gets a drink. lol But that is to be expected and that's why we keep the water outside.
He is only supposed to be 9 months old and he's already 130 pounds! Yes I had just gotten him a bag of Canidae and had not had a chance to put it up yet. I really like it too! Oh and I have to agree those eyes of his are heart melting!! =)
Oh just a little while ago my neighbor decided to mow his yard and Julius started going back and forth and was barking like crazy! I think he must be able to hear a little bit or I guess he could of felt the vibrations?? I don't know.

He is doing wonderful! He is such a good boy for only being nine months old. He has met everyone that has come to my house like they were old friends. He gets a little mouthy with the kids but we are working on that and he's learning quickly. When he wants attention it's so cute because he will just come and put his big head in your lap or on your chest and look up at you with his cute, slightly droopy eyes like please pet me, I love you.
I didnt realize that he was deaf too... wow! Thats so great that he is doing so well, especially with him being a puppy! I can't wait to see him mature and grow!(and grow and grow.....) I love his eye color, they are very pretty and the pink nose is too cute.
