We are brand new foster parents and are lucky enough to have received Apollo as our first foster dane. I picked him up yesterday and the first 24hrs have gone great. So far our family is made up of me (Sacha), my husband James, our 6 yr old daughter Hailey, our 4 yr old son Nicholas, our 9 yr old female pug Peanut, our 6 yr old male pug Oscar, Bugsy the Guinea Pig, and Chuck E Cheese the frog, and for the time being Apollo.
Peanut rules the roost with an iron paw, lol, but Apollo has learned this quickly and leaves her be, just the way she likes it. Oscar, is my shadow but has now learned to share it with Apollo. Apollo, is such a loving and devoted dog and I am confident that who ever adopts him is going to be so very lucky.
I can hoenstly say that we have all adapted well to Apollo's arrivial and our home is his home as long as he needs it. I feel very lucky to be apart of this group and look forward to helping more in the future.
