The form in the link below should be used by anyone who comes in contact with a GDRNT dog. We do have trained evaluation homes, but we all know that a dog can sometimes behave differently with other people and in different situations. So in order to get a well-rounded view of each dog we would like for any volunteer who has contact with one of the dogs to fill out this form - this means someone who transports the dog from a shelter to the vet, the person who does the official evaluation of the dog, a short or a long-term foster home...if you have an experience with a dog, we want to know about it!

These evaluations make it easier for our matchmaker to make appropriate placements, so the more information we get about each dog, the better.
