well this one is so much better than what the first one was. Granted, it is not as close to my sister ( meaning three streets) but it is about intersections!!! 4 bedrooms, all up stairs which is what I wanted. Gas stove in kitchen with ss double ovens. I love it. Not a huge fan of the wallpaper, but that is all cosmetic. The dogs have a loop to still run in the house. Wish me luck!!! I really want this one to go thru. This is a owner, not a foreclosure. Thank goodness. Or "ohh SNAP" as Ella says.....

The way you talked about your old house, I thought you lived in a shack and was expecting a nice little one-story older ranch house in a neighborhood with old people for neighbors (like what I live in - hehe) when I opened this link! WOWSER! What a beautiful place. Just think of all the room you will have for a Dane Hospital downstairs..... sounds perfect. As hard as you work, and all you do - you and your family deserve the best. Again, congratulations.

Oh Heather this is house is even better than the first house! I love that kitchen, and the wall paper and paint is all cosmetic! ALso, I am REALLY good at stripping wallpaper if you need tips. I did it in 3 rooms in my house and textured the walls with a stucco pattern afterwards.
