I received the following email from a person who has been a great resource as far as Meet & Greets which have made us quite a bit of money in the past couple of years. I know I will be there to support her as she presents the side of the entire Animal Rescue Community.

Here is our time speak up in Lewisville on animal auctions and selling puppies on the side of the road.
The Lewisville Animal Services Advisory Committee will be meeting next Tuesday (4/29/08) at 6:30pm. The meeting will be in the Community Development Conference Room located on the 2nd floor at City Hall.
I have been asked who will be making the presentation proposing an ordinance relating to auctioning animals and a presentation about proposing an ordinance relating to selling animals (puppies, etc.).
I NEED HELP WITH THIS. I can do it, but I need to get all the information and be coached on the all the pro's and how to refute the cons. Please let me know if you are interested in helping me make this presentation, give me information on what to present and/or planning to attend. Lewisville has given rescue so many opportunities in the past year and are working on new ones this year so it would be awesome to have a big turnout to show our support for these two ordinances.
