Farm pictures...spring and babies have arrived...

Here are some pictures I snapped this morning of some of the new foals. I also included 2 shots of my favorite stallion. He was showing off for me, prancing around tossing his hair like an 80's hair band member. He thinks he is quite something for sure.

The 2nd picture is a newborn, he was born this morning sometime. He is a dwarf, which we rarely have but still as cute as can be. He legs are straight and he is nursing just fine.

Fantastic!

Thanks so much for the shots...they are really special. I'd love to have a place to have horses, I just love them.

Oh who am I kidding, I got so excited when I saw your pictures I forgot I have a back injury and can't ride anymore. Guess I'll just have to fantasize with yours!!

Need an UPdate

How are the babies doing today??? More pictures when you have a chance...I just want to grab and hug each one...I wish I could have them here with me...Judy, Scooby, and Daphne

Those pictures are

Those pictures are beautiful. I love watching horses. They seem so sweet natured. I always think of my danes as mini horses when they have the zoomies in the backyard. The closest thing I got to a horse was a donkey (Oh and an elephant) in Pakistan. You would think since our family moved to TX that I would get an opportunity to ride a horse.

Thanks for sharing those wonderful pictures!

How wonderful

It is a magnificient that you are able to share your life with all of these magnificient creatures...I wish I could be in your shoes...but I truly appreciate your sharing your animals in pictures...

Judy, Scooby, and Daphne

lucky

how lucky you are to be living with these beautiful animals. you're right about the stallion, he does look like he could be on an album cover for a hair band lol!
wish we could have one of those beautifly babies here.

My family has been raising

My family has been raising the minis since 1985. Thats when I lost interest in showing my Quarter Horse mare and discovered BOYS!!!! My mother is an animal nut and she started with a herd of 6 mares and a stud. Now she has about 100 or so normally on the property. She has 5 acres in the middle of Irving and then they have 30 acres in Athens that they will eventually move to. I have been very lucky to have grown up with these in the backyard. Its so much fun. Its fun to take the danes over there.... they are bigger than a lot of the horses. Shaeba is scared to death of the horses.....

AWWWWWW!

There all so cute! the stally is so funny! he's got quite the mane. :) beatiful babys.
