I have been to central america and there are thousands of starving dogs wondering the streets so it doesn't seem to me he would have to starve a dog for art just go out on the street and it is everywhere!
Yeah, I saw that a few months ago. It seems the story is still unconfirmed and has been blown up out of proportion. Not to say I agree with the circumstances, but I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon.
